A routine inspection was conducted today, prior to the opening of the bar. Bar has been approved to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Inspetor discussed with the owners and employees basic food safety practices, including: no bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food, using time as a temperature control for safety of pizza, proper thawing, cooking, and cooling procedures, approved sanitizers, and the use of test kits. We also covered designated areas for employees, employee training, and the proper storage of wiping cloths. The owner mentioned that he is in the process of obtaining certification as a food protection manager (CFPM), and the employees are scheduled for food handler training. The inspector provided guidance and forms with this report. A letter of corrections was issued for TCS food. Send the corrections to the inspector by March 10 or call inspetor for a physical recheck. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/21/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
