Facility gets shelf stable cake pops from a licensed Home Food Processing Establishment. Cake pops are stored frozen, refrigerated, and date-marked for quality purposes. No moldy product identified at time of inspection. Complaint is UNVERIFIABLE. Discussed retraining staff on warewashing procedures. No follow-up required.
