This was a routine inspection of full-service restaurant offers lunch and dinner. Discussed with the person in charge about to removing out all items unnecessary to be in the establishment. Manager stated that all these items will be taken out in the dumpster. Long Tem Corrective Action was made to the following item: Item#15 Manager agreed that meat and chicken had to be stored in the correct order in the walk-in cooler even in the reach cooler. Item#47 Cardboard had to be removed and not being reused to cooked foot items. A letter of correction has been issued for item#16. Proof of correction will be emailed to the Health Department no later than 5/29/26.

Corrected by: Person in charge restored proper by switching ready to eat on top shelf in walk in cooler then raw pork meat, and raw chicken stored on the bottom shelf. Discussed with towner that this was a repeat violation requires a long-term corrective action.
