Upon inspection, general manager stated that no staff have reported being ill within the last two weeks, no equipment malfunctions, and no power outages. Reviewed excludable symptoms and reportable illnesses with manager and vomit diarrheal clean-up procedure. Complaint investigation is ongoing. No follow-up required.
