A routine inspection was conducted on 7/31/26 in response to an illness complaint. Upon inspection, operational manager stated that there have been no ill employees, power outages, or equipment malfunctions. Closing complaint as UNVERIFIABLE. Salad bar cooler was stocked at 11:00am and manager stated they would take it out of service at 3:00pm for the evening until it can be repaired. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 8/3/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
