Routine inspection done in conjunction with an illness complaint. The customer reports consuming food and then getting sick afterwards. Customer ate shrimp, beef, and chicken fajitas. They also consumed rice, salsa, and beans. Discussed the complaint with the owner during the inspection. The facility does have the employee reporting agreement in place for food service employees. Some employees have been sick but have not been to work due to illness. No other issues have been reported, but the customer did speak with the owner about the issue. Discussed temperature control, cooling methods, thermometer use, date marking, and routine cleaning. Long term correction for violation #23 will be provided in the form of day dot system by the owner. The owner will train all employees on the use of stickers for datemarking purposes. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/16/2026 by Physical Recheck.
