Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint investigation. The complainant stated that they found a caterpillar in their broccoli. Discussed the complaint with the manager during the inspection. The manager did remember the incident. After the complaint the manager inspected all remaining products for pests but did not find any other issues. The facility has not had any issues with suppliers for that or any other products. In response to the incident, staff were re-trained on procedure for washing produce. This complaint will be closed and marked verified.
