A first routine inspection was conducted today. The inspector discussed with the employee: 1. The proper setup and use of the washing station. The correct procedure is to wash, rinse, sanitize, and allow glasses, caps, utensils, and plates to air dry. Put the sign on 2. Sanitizer should be prepared only in the sanitizer bin during operation, and the dump sink should be used solely for dumping waste. 3. Inspection reports shall be posted no higher than eye level, where the public can see and in a manner that the public can reasonably read the report.
