A routine inspection was conducted today. All previous corrective actions have been taken and properly addressed since the pre-opening phase. I discussed long-term corrective actions with the managers, D. and K., date marking, santizer testing, and keeping the cloth in buckst in bween uses. which will be implemented by the date specified in the report. Blue cheese should not be used more than 7 days after opening. These actions will be verified during the next routine inspection.
