Routine inspection done in conjunction with a non-illness complaint. Complaint stated their sandwich was cut with a soiled knife and the knife was then wiped with a soiled, wet rag that was left on the shelf before being used to wipe the counter. Discussed complaint with facility and they are unaware of the complaint. Facility states staff is regularly trained to store sanitizer rags in sanitizer solution and have not had recent turnover. Wet sanitizer towels were observed stored on the prep counter at the start of the inspection but towels and utensils were not soiled. Towels were stored sanitizer solution. Discussed load limit of food items on prep cooler table. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable. A physical recheck will be scheduled on or before 11/02/2025 to verify corrections to foodborne illness risk factor violations. Follow-up will be completed on or after 11/2/2025 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
