A routine inspection was conducted on 8/27/26 in response to an illness complaint. Upon inspection, manager stated that there have been no sick employees, power outages, or loss of equipment in the last two weeks. Discussed with manager and owner the flow of kitchen staff and accessing hand sinks. Owner stated that they would move prep table with blenders, so hand sink is assessable. They also state they would move large reach-in freezer by fryers to allow for path to hand sink from back corner of hot line. Discussed pest control options for dry outside at back end of the building and area repair. Owner stated they would have company out to service coolers throughout establishment. Closing complaint as UNVERIFIABLE. A follow-up is required via physical re-check. Follow-up will be completed on or after 9/6/2026 by Physical Recheck.
