A routine inspection was conducted on 7/18/26 at the Cedar Rapids Farmer's Market. Spoke with owner on having cooler serviced and adding consumer advisory reminder statement and denotation on menu. Owner has licensed commissary kitchen where food prep and dishwashing takes place. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 7/28/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
