Non-illness complaint inspection conducted in conjunction with a routine on 9/24/26 due to a complaint received regarding cross-contamination, employee hygiene, and facility cleanliness. Manager was unaware of the complaint. Upon inspection, employees were washing hands and changing gloves as needed. The facility was clean and organized, and separate utensils were used for different products at the time of the inspection. Complaint is UNVERIFIABLE. No follow-up required.
