Routine inspection done in conjunction with a non-illness complaint. Complaint states they observed several food employees handling food without hair restraints and found a piece of hair in their meal. Discussed complaint with facility but they are unaware of the complaint. All food employees had hair restraints during today's inspection which is part of onboard training and reinforced regularly. Discussed vegetable table prep cooler load limit as well as condensate from equipment being a source of contamination. Also discussed hanging food license next to most recent inspection report rather than behind it. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable.
