Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint inspection. The complainant reported consuming food from the establishment and then becoming ill after. Discussed the complaint with management during the inspection. The facility has not had any other complaints from the public. No issues with suppliers or equipment recently. The facility does have the employee reporting agreement in place and has had to restrict employees from work during the suspected timeframe. The facility is recommended to retrain all employees on the employee reporting agreement and restriction/exclusion. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable.
