Routine inspection done in conjunction with a non-illness complaint received from the public. Complainant stated the ceiling of the facility was soiled. Discussed complaint with the facility which they are unaware of. Staff clean the facility periodically throughout the shift as business allows and perform deep cleaning of the dining area nightly. Facility had service calls into the maintenance department for ceiling tiles prior to today's inspection. Facility will also place service calls for the reach-in Pepsi cooler gasket, leaking hood and the low temp dish machine. The dish machine is not to be used for ware washing until it is capable of dispensing sanitizer at the required concentration. Discussed moving bread tray versus installing a splash guard on the kitchen hand wash sink. Also discussed hand wash sink accessibility as well as date marking requirements for food items made in house. Facility to share repair of the low temp dish machine with the inspector prior to resuming its use. Long term corrective action for repeat violation # 16: Supervisor will add routine sanitizer solution checks of the dish machine to the shifts to-do list. This complaint will be closed and marked verified.
