Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint investigation. Discussed the complaint with the manager during the inspection. The manager stated that the menu's are wiped down every night. Red tray's are single use per customer and then run through the dish machine. Glasses are also cleaned in the dish machine. The manager reports their water softener was repaired on 2/15, around the time of the complaint. Employees have been trained to examine glassware more carefully since water spots were being left. Recommend the re-training of all employees on the importance of carefully examining glassware, menu's, and red trays. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable. A letter of correction will be issued for the repair on the bar dish machine. The letter of correction must be submitted no later than 3/12/26. Follow-up will be completed on or after 3/7/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
