Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint investigation. The complaint stated that peanut butter was found on a plate in an allergen sensitive area. Discussed the complaint with the manager during the inspection. The manager reported that they had a new dish machine installed at the end of last year. The machine has been problematic since then. After the complaint was brought up with the establishment, service was completed on the machine to repair some broken sensors and clogged spray arms. Repairs were completed on 2/26/26. The facility also retrained staff in the dish washing area and retail area to inspect items more thoroughly. The allergen sensitive area requires additional allergen certification to operate the area, and all storage/prep/cooking/plaiting happens only in the designated area. A letter of correction will be issued for the repair on the Continental cooler. The letter of correction must be submitted no later than 3/20/26. The cooler may not be used until it is repaired This complaint will be closed and marked verified. Follow-up will be completed on or after 3/15/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
