A pre-opening inspection, in conjunction with a routine inspection, was conducted on 8/11/26 for an unattended food establishment. Location has video surveillance of unattended vending areas. License is APPROVED; physical copy mailed to ownership in Buffalo, NY. Scope of Business: Unattended food establishment is open/available to employees of the building within working hours. Inventory includes beverages, snacks, prepared meals (sandwiches & wraps), and candy. Establishment is equipped to cold-hold in coolers and freezer and store food at ambient temperatures. Limitations: Person in charge agrees to contact the inspector prior to any major changes in scope of business or menu offerings. Certified Food Protection Manager: Establishment is exempt from the certified food protection manager certification requirement as the location only offers pre-packaged food items. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person In Charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time frame specified in the Iowa Food Code
