FACILITY WILL BE CLOSED TEMPORARILY DUE TO WATER BACKING UP FROM THE FLOOR SINK IN THE KITCHEN. The facility must repair the drain, and sanitize all areas effected by the waste water (floors, walls, equipment, etc.) before they will be allowed to re-open. When these tasks have been completed the facility must call for an inspection to re-open. A routine inspection was done in conjunction with a complaint inspection. The complainant stated that the air vents above the prep line were heavily soiled. Discussed the complaint with the manager during the inspection. The manager will clean the air vents as soon as possible. This complaint will be closed and verified.
