A routine inspection was conducted on 8/31/26 in response to an illness complaint. Upon inspection, owner stated that they have not experienced any power outages, sick employees, or sewage backups within the last two weeks. Reviewed with owner the establishment's time as a control policy for sushi rice. Staff log when sushi is prepared and when it is discarded after lunch service.
