A pre-opening inspection was conducted due to a change in ownership and to follow up on corrective actions taken from the inspection on November 12, 2025, while operating under the old license. Establishment APPROVED For a LICENSE. No change in the menu or floor plan. All corrective actions have been taken: 1. Employee illness reporting. 2. Norovirus cleanup procedures. 3. Implementation of item date marking, with adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods. The certified food protection managers have been employed by the establishment, and their certificates are provided and available on-site. A routine inspetion in 90-120.
