A routine inspection was conducted on 8/21/26 in response to an illness complaint. Owner was on site during inspection. Owner stated establishment has not experienced any power outages, equipment malfunctions, or sick employees in the last two weeks. Reviewed procedure for employee illness reporting. Reviewed establishment's HACCP plan for using reduced oxygen packaging and cooling. No follow-up required. Closing complaint as UNVEFIABLE.
