Today's visit was a routine inspection of a college cafe offering coffee, grab to go cold holding food products, beverage, and chips. A letter of correction has been issued for the item#22 of the facility an open grab to go cooler was unable to hold and maintain 41*F or below. Discussed with the person in charge that only way to be sure that your standard of the operations is being followed is to establish monitoring practices. Temperature checking is one of the most important of a monitoring procedure of the cold holding food products.
