Routine inspection done in conjunction with a complaint investigation. The complaint stated a hair was found in the food, the kitchen is unclean, and food was not cooked properly. Discussed the complaint with the person in charge. All food employees were wearing hair restraints, and cooked food temperatures taken were within required range. The facility does have some routine cleaning that needs to be done as referenced in the inspection report. Physical recheck will be done no later than 2/23/26 to verify correction for the following items: date marking, temperature control, and covering food. This complaint will be closed and marked unfounded for proper cooking and hair restraint. The complaint will be verified for soil buildup in the kitchen. Follow-up will be completed on or after 1/24/2026 by Physical Recheck.
