A routine inspection was conducted today. The Inspetor discussed with Manager C. the labeling requirements for packaged food made in the establishment, including retail-to-go boxes and packaging, gluten-free content, cleaning cupboards, and the Norovirus cleanup procedure and waterproof thermometer for the dishwasher, and will send DIA Guidance for education. The establishment plans to extend the kitchen, but there will be no plumbing involvement or fire marshal considerations. sent us an email and a call for re- inspection
