A pre-opening inspection was conducted on 7/10/26. Items #16, #25, #38, and #47 corrected. New cutting boards are on order, repairs and deep cleaning have been conducted. Establishment contracts with local pest control company. LICENSE IS APPROVED. Scope of Business: Establishment intends to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Establishment has grill, flat top, fryers, Broaster, and pizza oven. Limitations: No limitations identified under the current scope of business for food preparation. Establishment is not approved to sell alcoholic beverages. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM): Pre-opening inspection. Establishment employee aa Certified Food Protection Manager. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
