A routine inspection was conducted on 1/28/26. Owners on site during inspection. Establishment prepares house made soups. Reviewed process for reheating and cooling of soups. Reheating was observed in crock-pot during inspection and no violations were observed. Three compartment sink behind bar uses chlorine powder sanitizer for sanitizing. Reviewed ppm requirements for different water temperatures with owner and contact time for chlorine sanitizer. Owner will be purchasing chlorine sanitizer test strips and training on contact time for glassware in sanitizer solution. Hand sink in pizza prep area is non-operational, but dish area hand sink is two feet away from pizza prep area. Observed staff using hand sink in dish area until other hand sink can be repaired. Owner stated plumber has been called for repair. Certified Food Protection Manager has been updated. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/7/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
