Report item #3 - Owner arrived during inspection and stated they use FDA forms 1A and 1B during employee training. He agreed to re-educate employees now on reportable illnesses/symptoms, and will again periodically. Discussion regarding long term correction and compliance for employee health policy (report item #3) requirements, cold holding (report item #22) and handsink violations (report item #10). Follow-up will be completed on or after 8/24/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
