Routine inspection due to non-illness complaint regarding sewage odor. No odor observed during inspection, however person in charge stated the the entire building does experience the odor occasionally. No sewage backup occurs with the odor. Complaint verified. Person in charge contacted district manager during inspection for handsink repair. Follow-up will be completed on or after 4/6/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
