No food prep during inspection SCOPE OF BUSINESS: Establishment is a bar with a small kitchen. Discussion regarding possibility of limiting menu items due to size of kitchen. MENU: fryer foods, pizzas, daily specials (deep fried tacos, pasta, tenderloins); any change in menu requires prior approval Handsink located between kitchen and bar, with no door or obstruction in between. Discussions: - monitoring cold temps, specifically non-commercial unit - installing shield between handsink and three compartment sink - owners state cooking and eating utensils, as well as any other items requiring washing and sanitizing, are able to be completely immersed in three compartment sink
