A complaint investigation and a routine inspection were each conducted at the facility on site on 03/19/2026. Complaint was received for roaches in the bar and service areas and that there are mice and rat droppings all over the facility. One live roach was seen in the bar and one live juvenile roach was seen on wall behind the oven in the back room. Dead roaches were observed in the vicinity of the dish machine and in the storage room by the walk in cooler. No mice or rats were observed. Complaint is verifiable.
