Published report comment
Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 12-04-2025. Facility has several certified food protection managers, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and a procedure to respond to norovirus-bodily fluids. Further action required. #38-Manager mentioned that the front and back entrance doors are scheduled to have repairs, and they will address visible daylight. #47- Manager agrees to submit a work order for the walk-in freezer in order to address excess ice formation, if left untreated could lead to mechanical issues with the unit. The health dept. will follow-up on or after 01-04-2026. Any questions can be sent to Raymond.Miller@scottcountyiowa.gov
