A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 04/29/2026. One violation is in further need of correction. Item #47- Walk in cooler door seal in poor condition. Facility will replace this door seal. Discussed with person in charge certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, temperatures, storage, pest control, sanitizers, canned goods/packaging, and electrical. A follow up letter of correction is required to be submitted on 05/11/2026 for the door seal. Please email photo of new door seal to andrew.swartz@scottcountyiowa.gov.
