A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 11/24/2025. Some violations have been corrected and some violations are in further need of correction. Item #10- Soap missing from kitchen hand sink. Facility will provide soap and a new soap dispenser. Item #15- Walk in freezer has a large ice buildup, is leaking, and is in need of repair. Facility will repair the walk in freezer and will place trays on food in order to collect the leaking moisture. Item #43- Ice bucket presented with its contact surface. Ice bucket was inverted and the violation was corrected on site. Item #45- Trays, bowls, and lids each presented with their contact surfaces. Facility will invert all trays, bowls, and lids. Item #51- The front prep sink leaks onto the floor and does not drain into the floor drain. Facility will repair the outlet drain pipe to make sure all water goes in the floor drain and not onto the floor. Item #57- Current license is not posted at the facility. Facility will post the current food license. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 12/04/2025. Follow-up will be completed on or after 12/4/2025 by Physical Recheck.
