A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 10/24/2025. Some violations are in further need of correction. Item #16- Fountain drink machine contains debris and gunk. Facility will clean and sanitize the entire fountain drink machine and will put hot water down the drain. Item #28- Spray bottles stored with food and food contact items in the storage area and the office. Spray bottles were each moved away from the food and the food contact items and the violation was corrected on site. Item #45- Trays, lids, and the ice bucket were each presented with their contact surfaces. Facility will invert all trays, lids, and the ice bucket. Item #51- The 3-compartment sink faucet shuts the water off with the valve, not from the hot and cold water handles. The water must shut off from the hot and cold water handles. Facility will get the sink repaired. Item #57- Previous license year for the food license is posted and the current license is not. Facility will post the current food license. Discussed certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, cleaning, temperatures, storage, and plumbing. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 11/03/2025. Follow-up will be completed on or after 11/3/2025 by Physical Recheck.
