A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 11/19/2025. One violation was corrected on site and two violations are in further need of correction. Item #45- Lids in the meat room presented with their contact sides. Boxes of trays and lids and foam stored on the floor in the produce/bakery area. Lids in the meat room were inverted. Trays and lids and foam were each elevated off of the floor. Violation was corrected on site. Item #49- Floor behind the eggs area of the dairy/egg cooler with debris and gunk. Walk in cooler fans in the bakery with dust and gunk present. Facility will clean and sanitize each of these areas. Item #51- Meat room sink is not functioning properly. Hot water is not working and water leaks from the faucet and all water does not come out of the spigot. Facility will get the sink repaired. Discussed with the person in charge certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, storage, plumbing, temperatures, and cleaning/sanitizing. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 12/01/2025.
