A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 10/23/2025. Some violations are in further need of correction. Item #15- The MasterBilt Ice Cream retail freezer line and the walk in freezer compressor are each leaking. Facility will get each of the freezers repaired. Item #23- Hot dogs are open and are missing a label of the open date. Facility will label the open date on the package. Item #45- Lids, trays, and bowls are presented with their contact surfaces. Facility will invert all trays, lids, and bowls. Item #48- Door seals on the DQ coolers and the front retail Universal Nolin door seals are each in poor condition. Facility will replace each door seal. Item #51- The prep sink is leaking was from the base of the faucet. Cold water is off on the prep sink and the back hand sink. Water pressure is low in the men's and women's restroom hand sinks. Facility will get each of the sinks repaired. Discussed certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, labeling, plumbing, storage, and cleaning. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 11/03/2025. Follow-up will be completed on or after 11/2/2025 by Physical Recheck.
