A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 12/17/2025. Some violations were corrected on site and some violations are in further need of correction. Item #13- Liquor bottles had fruit flies floating in the bottle. Liquor bottles were disposed of and the violation was corrected. Item #16- The ice machines contain debris and gunk. Facility will clean the ice machines. Item #38- Fruit flies present in the bar areas. Facility will work to eliminate the fruit flies. Item #45- Cups stored on the floor. Trays presented with contact sides. Facility will elevate the cups off of the floor and trays will be inverted. Discussed with person in charge licensing, food storage, pest control, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, and cleaners/toxic items storage. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 01/06/2026 due to the facility being closed due to the upcoming holidays. Follow-up will be completed on or after 1/6/2026 by Physical Recheck.
