A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 01/28/2026. Item #13- Lemon juice being held at room temperature when the label states refrigerate after opening. Lemon juice was disposed of and the violation was corrected on site. Item #16- Knives and knife rack contain debris. Facility will clean and sanitize the knives and the knife rack. Item #23- Some prepared food items missing labeling. Multiple food items with their prep dates stating 1/18 and 1/19 on the label are still being served to customers. Some prepared food items missing labeling and each food item that was outdated was disposed of and each violation was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation. Labeling is much better at the facility but the person in charge will make sure that all food products are labeled and no food items are held past its 7 day discard dates. Item #39- Grocery bags used to stored food items in the walk in freezer. Facility will use food grade bags. Item #43- Ice scoop handle in contact with the ice. Bowls used to disperse food. Facility extended the handle out of the food product and will use scoops with handles instead of bowls to disperse food. Item #45- Trays, lids and plates each stored with their contact surfaces. Trays and lids stored on the floor in the back room. Trays, lids, and plates were each inverted and were elevated off of the floor and the violation was corrected. Item #49- Floor under the racks in the back room and behind the Pepsi cooler and the floor drain under the prep cooler with debris and gunk. Facility will clean and sanitize each of these areas. Discussed with the owner certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, labeling, temperatures, cooling foods, cleaning/sanitizing, and food safety. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 02/09/2026. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/9/2026 by Physical Recheck.
