Routine inspection conducted at the facility due to a non-illness complaint. Complaint is UNVERIFED. Complainant shared concerns that there was mold in the walk-in cooler that houses chicken. No evidence of mold in the walk-in cooler. Item that requires additional action: #28- Sink and surface sanitizer dispenser may need to be calibrated or adjusted. In the meantime, facility operator agrees to ensure staff are diluting solution to safe concentration between 272-700ppm. A discussion about the flooring throughout the facility requires attention, as the finish on the floor is not easily cleanable. Prior to the next routine inspection, this will need to be addressed. Follow-up will be completed on or after 6/5/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
