A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 01/11/2026. One violation was corrected on site and three violations are in further need of correction. Item #15- Large bag of trays stored on the cutting board of the prep cooler. Bag of trays were moved off of the cutting board and prep cooler to prevent potential contamination and the violation was corrected on site. Item #16- Cutting boards are in very poor condition on the prep coolers. Facility will replace the cutting boards. Item #43- Plastic bowl used to disperse oregano. Facility will use a scoop with a handle. Item #49- Ceiling, vents, walls, and around the fountain drink machine contain dust and debris. Facility will clean and sanitize all areas. Discussed with the person in charge certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, cleaning/sanitizing, storage, and the walk in cooler door seal. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 01/13/2026. Follow-up will be completed on or after 1/23/2026 by Physical Recheck.
