Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 11/12/2025. The facility has a certified food protection manager, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and a procedure to respond to norovirus/bodily fluid cleanup. Further action required: #49- Facility manager agrees to perform additional cleaning on the soda machine and in the interior of the fryer. The health dept. will follow-up on or after 11/22/2025. Observation: Loose wet wiping cloths not being stored inside of sanitizer bucket throughout the facility. Corrected by: voluntarily re-locating wiping cloths into sanitizer bucket, and discussing with the manager on potential cross-contamination risks.
