A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 11/21/2025. Two violations were corrected on site. Item #13- Fruit flies present in the strawberries and in one Torani bottle. Strawberries and Torani were each disposed of and the violation was corrected on site. Item #15- Packages of sugar open at time of inspection in the back storage room. Sugar packages were closed in order to protect the product and the violation was corrected on site. Discussed certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, pest control, storage, protection, personal items, and door seals. No further action is required.
