Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 12-3-25. Facility has several certified food protection managers, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and a procedure to respond to norovirus & bodily fluids. Item that requires additional action: #50- Facility manager agrees to submit a work order to have this issue addressed, to ensure water on each sink can reach 100 degrees F.
