Conducted routine inspection of facility today. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on staff. Facility has an employee reporting agreement policy in place and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. Due to the extent of observed cockroach activity throughout the facility today, the facility has been ordered to close until treatment can be applied by a Certified Pest Control Operator.
