Food Service Establishment Pre-Opening Inspection. LICENSE IS APPROVED. Scope of Business: Establishment intends to offer a variety of beverages such as coffee, lemonade, and flavored water for dine in and carryout service. Establishment is equipped to prepare beverages but also has an oven to offer potential baked goods in the future. Extensive changes to the menu or remodeling of the establishment require prior approval by the Regulatory Authority. Limitations: Little cooking equipment is available which restricts the number of food offerings. Also, cold brew coffee is to be served and cannot sit out at room temperature or without time as a control. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM): One employee has their CFPM certification. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements.
