Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 05/26/2026 due to a potential illness complaint. Complaint is UNVERIFIED. Items that require additional action from the routine inspection go as follows: #10- Management will ensure staff do not block the hand sink, as hand sinks are to be easily accessible at all times. #16- Management will ensure dishes are re-washed, rinsed, and sanitized, and that no dish with leftover food debris is kept on the clean dish rack. #39- Management will ensure that any food product is kept at least 6 inches from the ground. #49- Management will ensure that wire racks are either cleaned or replaced and that walls have additional cleaning performed on them. #55- Management will discuss these items with upper management to discuss timeline to have the dish area addressed. Long-term corrective action: #10- Management will provide additional training to staff and stay diligent on ensuring hand sinks are stocked and always accessible.
