Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 12-12-2025. Facility has a certified food protection manager, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and a procedure to respond to norovirus-bodily fluid cleanup. Items that require additional action: #16- Facility owner agrees to perform additional cleaning on the ice machine (draining and sanitizing) and the interior of the walk-in cooler. #20 & #33- Discussed proper cooling methods for white rice and noodles for the facility. Long-term corrective action: #22- Facility owner agrees to ensure time-temperature controlled for safety food items (sprouts, cut leafy greens, meats, rice, etc.) are not stored at room temperature as it poses a risk for foodborne illness.
