Retail Establishment Pre-Opening Inspection Conducted on 07/08/2026. LICENSE IS APPROVED. Scope of Business: Establishment intends to offer pre-packaged commercially prepared frozen fruit ice cream bars. Bare are kept in a lockable freezer that is monitored by staff during mall hours of operation. Extensive changes to the menu require prior approval by the Scott County Health Department. Limitations: Facility does not have proper setting to be able to dispense, prepare, or serve items other than pre-packaged fruit ice cream bars. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM): No required. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code. The facility is approved by the Scott County Health Department to begin operation, so long as the facility meets all plumbing, building, and electrical requirements from the City of Davenport.
